All vendors will set up in the space assigned to them in the Fredonia Hotel, 200 North Fredonia, Nacogdoches, Texas. Each vendor space will cost $50.00 and will consist of approximately 10 lineal feet of display space and will be furnished with a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Vendors shall set up their exhibit between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Friday June 8, 2018, unless other arrangements are previously made with the host camp in order to be ready to serve attendees of the reunion who begin arriving that afternoon. Vendors will open for business at their own convenience on Saturday, but must finally close at 3:00 pm Saturday and must remove their exhibit no later than 4:00 pm that day. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Not all spaces have electricity. If you require electricity, please advise us on this application form and we will make an effort to satisfy your requirements. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
